How does voxer work?
Voxer is a free walkie talkie app, where we can exchange safe and secure files, voice messages and text messages.
We will be able to communicate on and off through Voxer, to help you feel unstuck and work through any tough moments you are experiencing first hand.
Unlike a traditional mentorship, Voxer does not require you to clear your schedule, Voxer can be used throughout your day, in between your schedule and at your convivence. Voxer makes it easy to work in between your daily activities.
I would suggest you have time to hold space for your thoughts and feelings in between each message, immediate responses are not required.

What is included during our time together?
Once you have selected the right package for you, we will have a 10 min consultation call to discuss the key things and ways you are looking for guidance during our time together. During our time, you will have full access to Rianne from the hours of 10 AM to 5PM, with the exception of pre-determined mentorship expectations. (If you need additional hours, please inquire) During our time we can speak on and off at any point, where you can ask me questions, look for feedback, receive high energy responses and seek guidance through any life obstacle that may be standing in your way. It’s up to you, and more than welcome, to ask as many questions as you need!
What if I have never used voxer before?
That’s absolutely okay! Voxer is an easy to use app that doesn’t require you to be super tech savvy. If you have questions regarding the app before our time together, please reach out and I can provide you with some resources to further explain how to get started with Voxer!
What if I don’t send a message everyday during my time purchased?
You certainly aren’t required to send messages at all, nothing is forced. I am here to help guide you through difficult moments that may arise unannounced, or ones that have been weighing on you for some time now.
I do not provide refunds or partial refunds based of lack of activity by the client.
How soon can I expect a response from you? Are you availble 24/7?
As much as I believe in you, I also believe in boundaries and my personal time. With that being said, I will check Voxer many times throughout our day, and I’m often able to reply within in minutes! While I am not available 24/7 I will always do my best to help and guide you to the best of my ability as you matter to me!
