Hi friend, if you find yourself reading this you must be on a quest to healing all the parts of you that feel worn down or just plain “off.” Your in good company as I too have found myself on that same path and frankly still do at times!! My name is Rianne and it’s hard to put in words just what I “do.” I have utilized many different healing modalities while on my own journey.  With many years and many certifications later, I have developed my own healing recipe to help gently guide you as you walk along your very own healing path!

Facing my own experiences with childhood trauma and PTSD from both domestic and sexual abuse I can say I have been to the deepest depths of despair. Through adolescence all the way to adulthood these childhood experiences seeped into my world and manifested into depression and anxiety. Eventually I had enough and I was willing to get curious about why I was feeling so bad, sad, mad etc.!  So I started to DIG and I DUG and CLAWED my way through, to another side! Are you ready to start to understand what’s holding you back and keeping you down?!  I am here to walk alongside you so that your not doing this alone, I will help you baby step into the life you desire but never thought possible!
